Frequently Asked Questions

Your Questions, Answered

If you’ve never visited a professional Holistic Practitioner before, you’re bound to have lots of questions or concerns. Below, you’ll find a list of several frequently asked questions from my clients. Connect with me today for more information.

How should I prepare for my first session?

Hydrate yourself as much as possible, days in advance, preferably. This will increase the effects of the vibrations within your body, and extend the benefits for a longer preiod of time. Dress comfortably! Take off any jewelry that would get in the way of a bowl being placed on your body. Earrings are generally OK.

What should I expect from my first session?

You can expect to get very relaxed! Think of is as a Sound Massage, but even more relaxing. About 90% of my clients fall asleep during a session! You might drift into a slower brain wave state from the repetitive sounds and vibration of the bowls, such as the Alpha or Theta level. You might even feel some creativity flowing through you afterwards. Our day to day waking state is primarily in the Beta level.

Is there any part of my body that shouldn't have a bowl placed on it?

There are some health conditions that might prohibit a bowl being placed on a certain area, such as a shoulder, hip, or knee replacement. We wouldn't want a metal bowl close to a metal implant in the body! We will discuss those matters when you arrive, and can adapt the bowl placement, or hold it away from the body in certain positions.

What can I expect after a session?

Clients have experienced physical, emotional and/or spiritual healing as the result of these sessions. They can be immediate - sometimes even during the session itself - or even a week later. That was my first experience after a sound healing session. Remember to drink a lot of water afterward, as that is very important when working with energy.

What methods of payments do you accept?

I am currently accepting cash, check, PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle. Let me know what you prefer.
